Workshop on Weaving for the Special Children
@ Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore.
The event was oeganised at Kumaraguru College of Technology Coimbatore. Wirh the guest of horner as the swamiji from Kaumaram Madalayan, Thavathiru Kumara gurubara swamigal, and Mr Munusamy CEO od Kumaraguru college and the Saori team from Thailand. This first project was glorious for our Managing Trustee Mrs Santhosi Rajesh. The Saori weaving machine is very helpful for the special children for their attention gaining, it supports the mental growth of the disabled students to come out to a normal life. . The loom was given to Kaumaram Prasanthi Academy special children school. The loom coat of Rs 1, 40,000/- was sponsored by Lotus foundation. The loom was bought from Saori Thailand. Delegates from Saori Thailand Mr Sujin Sawangsri and team demonstrated the working and functions of the loom.
